The "HAC" Program - This is Trisha’s original nervous system, total mind + body, fight/flight stress response reset program she is most commonly known for.

Trisha started creating this program when her nervous system crashed from years of constant fight/flight stress responses. She has been adding to it for the past 6-years improving it with the feedback of each SOF, SEAL, military spouse, or awesome human that she works with.

The "HAC" Program - Esp. created for SOF, transitioning service members, veterans, 1st responders but offered to all!!

This is a 6 - month fight/flight/freeze reset program.

3 months 1-1 or group sessions & 3 months follow-ups. Forever resetting the way the body interprets stress.

Each individual also has as a personal wellness plan customized to individual needs, holistically.

Includes text check-ins between sessions so that adjustments to your plan can be individually crafted as your body resets.

This holistic program addresses how endured periods of extreme stress changes the brain, emotions, cognitive ability, thoughts, creates physical illnesses and more. Each individual is created a personal wellness plan customized to individual needs!

Our Donovan & Bank partner will cover half the cost for SOF or SEALs and their spouses to go through the program!
