“Before the HAC program, I just accepted that my chaotic life was normal and had no clue where to start. Trisha's program is hands down the best program out there for those looking to knock off that edgy feeling and better their lives-especially for SOF members who have buried so much or built so many bad habits to temporarily deal with our demons. For me, these came out in my home life and created even more chaos. Her program combined with a Stellate Ganglion Block is even better-allowing you to essentially reset and be ever more open to learning more productive habits. These habits not only encompass methods of dealing with negative emotions productively through mindful techniques; but also include a look at overall daily fitness-diet, exercise, supplements, sleep, routine, breathing, and a plethora of other recommendations.
The best part is Trisha dedicates a very generous amount of time to talk through the issues that plague you. In between sessions, Trisha checks in with you to help drill in the techniques discussed that are going to better your life. In hindsight, I'm very pleased with my decision to choose coaching through Trisha over the other options out there! The HAC program is life-changing, and I know that a better life is obtainable now. 10/10 highly recommended!”

“I am a veteran who has completed 20 years of active duty service with 53 of those months serving on the edge of combat. I served both in the Infantry and Special Forces across four different regions of conflict and multiple campaigns. I volunteered for active duty behavioral health services in 2022, I had been fighting my emotional issues that stemmed from my first combat deployment in 2005.
I would have never gone if it wasn’t for a senior colleague of mine that mentioned he had went and some of the benefits he had received. It took 2-3 weeks to be seen by a health care specialist and they provided me with in-person 45-60 min sessions every two weeks for the first three months and one session per month for the following year. I was able to get three SGB shots, back injections, medications and into a TBI treatment program.
Reflecting back on the sessions and treatments I received, it truly helped me short term. But, I would eventually fall back into the same damaging emotional/physical routine and would cope by subduing myself with alcohol/drugs and isolation every time. I wasn’t getting better and I was ashamed of myself.
I have now completed my first 3 out of 6 months of the HAC program, I am more confident in myself that I am in control and have honestly let some serious emotional pains go.
My family members have noticed the changes in my behavior. The HAC program provided me a deeper connection with one on one sessions once a week for 90 min and text check ins 2-3 times a week.
The HAC program helped me understand mental tools that I use daily to reduce anxiety, extreme irritability and the abuse of alcohol/drugs.
I chose the HAC program simply for its privacy and convenience. I had used the Army’s behavioral health services and I did make progress, but it was merely placing Band-Aids on deeper emotional issues honestly.
Veterans in our community are very hard on themselves and proud individuals. They will rarely tell you how they truly feel and the only ones that see what’s going on are the family members closest to them.
Having a program like the HAC allows whoever to seek help from the privacy of their home and at their convenience. There is so much more we can do to help veterans that suffer through countless hardships. I am one of them and I eventually learned to manage past traumatic events. The HAC program is a great service and more veterans need access to it.”

“I met Trisha through a Veteran connection program, and I was immediately amazed at her deep passion for serving Vets in their transition journey.
She has a powerful desire to serve as many Veterans as possible while still treating each individual’s needs with her unique personal touch.
Trisha recognized that while there were a multitude of great programs to give Veterans resources, training, and job networking…there was something missing. While the agendas of the other programs serve their purpose very well, there was no place for Veterans to share openly about their challenges in transition.
So along comes Trisha to fill the gap with the, “Vetted,” program to provide a place for all Vets to open up freely. Trisha did not stop there; she created an opportunity for Vets to identify and tackle the shift in culture throughout their transition.
Trisha was a game-changer in my transition and I am grateful to know her. She is an amazing Veteran Champion!”

“She’s heavily involved in the veteran space and has a knack for drawing those of us out that could really benefit from her work. Resetting the switches that have been put in place by us, because of the way we’re taught in the military.
Her passion to try and get to the service men and women ahead of their transition speaks volumes about her commitment to ensuring that we all get the necessary support, resources and “reset” before we transition. She’s wants it to be a wave of change that we focus on before they get out and then the sensory overload takes over and cause them to breakdown when it could have been avoided much earlier.”

“She has even created a place called “Vetted” that allows a safe place for veterans, whether in transition or already transitioned, to come and chat and learn from others through their experiences and hardships and share tips for success. Trisha has used this platform to create a place of respect and trust that exudes her strength and passion to coach, develop & mentor her already captivated audience.”

I had the honor and privilege of meeting Trisha through my network. I was retiring from the military after 20 years and she was one of the first people to reach out and offer help in my transition. I'm attending a workshop of hers and I have found it instrumental in my success. I would recommend Trisha to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

"Trish's dedication to helping individuals seek meaning in the transition from the military and avoid the pitfalls of burnout is admirable. She has a unique ability to connect with her audience and deliver information in a way that is both informative and engaging. Trish is passionate about her work and it shows in her content and her interactions with people in the groups. I have had the opportunity to observe Trish in action as she facilitated a support group for veterans in transition. She created a safe and supportive space for participants to share their experiences and receive guidance and support from Trish and their peers. Her ability to create a positive environment that fosters trust and mutual respect speaks volumes about her skills as a coach and mentor."
